Everlasting Love...

Once upon a time, there was an old man named Vikranth who is living along with his wife. They lived in a small house on the outskirts of a city. One day, his wife, who had a very long hair asked him to buy her a comb for her hair to grow well and to be well-groomed. The man felt very sorry and said No. He explained that he did not even have enough money to fix the strap of his watch that he had just broken. She did not insist on her request.

The man went to work as usual. But while he was returning back home, he passed by a watch shop, sold his damaged watch at a low price and went to buy a comb for his wife. He came home in the evening with the comb wrapped in his hands ready to give to his wife. But he was surprised when he saw his wife with a very short hair cut. She had sold her hair and was holding a new watch band in her hands for him. Tears flowed simultaneously from their eyes, not for the futility of their actions, but for the reciprocity of their love. To love is nothing, to be loved is something but to love and to be loved by the one you love, that is EVERYTHING. Never take love for granted...

There are three most important things which lead to an everlasting relationship. They are Trust, Understanding nature and Responsibility. With these qualities one can fulfil the dream of True love. With TRUST, one can rely on one another's words without any involvement of a third person to justify. Trust in any relationship is like a foundation to a building. The way in which a building, however tall it may be, cannot stand longer without foundation, in the same way without Trust, there is no chance of everlasting Relationship. With UNDERSTANDING NATURE, one can realize and know eachother's ideology and perspective of life. If the ideologies doesn't match, it is necessary to pay more attention for each other with RESPONSIBILITY. Only then any relationship can last. On the other hand, if we insist ourselves on a hurry for coming to a conclusion it will certainly end in a destructive way.

One might wonder about "LOVE" which is missing above. Love is not a personality trait to cultivate, Love is an Outcome. It just happens. It's not some particular quality that is to be inculcated. It's all about the unconditional feeling that is developed between two individuals living together. For a better understanding, let's take a small plant. After planting it, it won't fruit. It requires Sunlight, Water and Air along with certain essential nutrients. Then, after continuously looking after it, one fine day it will start flowering. And it further requires some more time for the flower to transform into a fruit. Only then we can enjoy it. On that day, we get the result of our hard-work. We won't be happy on that day, we'll be SATISFIED. In the same way., with Trust, Understanding nature and Responsibility that we put into any relationship along with other required qualities with a lot of patience, we can obtain the outcome of "LOVE". The love in its purest form. The love of highest quality. The Everlasting unbounded form of love that everyone desires in life.......
